Any product(s) damaged in shipping (when ordered from refurbiphones.com.au direct) or defective product(s) must be returned directly to refurbiphones.com.au in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. The Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with the product.

This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. If warranty applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the product or any part or component that is deemed defective.

refurbiphones.com.au reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

Damaged products must be returned directly to refurbiphones.com.au, in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. A copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with the product.

Unless stated otherwise, all goods sold by refurbiphones.com.au comes with warranty from refurbiphones.com.au Hong Kong.

Faulty Item Return Policy 

refurbiphones.com.au offers a 14 Day Faulty Item Return Policy from day of invoice if you find your product is faulty due to a manufacturer fault and you wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you can exercise your right to request a full refund of the item price or replacement as desired, without any restocking or administration fee applied, provided that the return must meet the follow 14 Days Peace of Mind conditions:

- Request for return of goods must be sent by client to us by email for acknowledgment and received by us within 14 days from the invoice date.
- Item(s) must be purchased from refurbiphones.com.au
- Item(s) must be in original condition with all product packaging, booklets/manuals, swing tags, labels and all other accessories included. 

Under this policy, after we confirm your return request, you will return the faulty item back to us with tracking number in 14 days. Once item(s) has/have been confirmed as faulty after receiving and inspection, the item price (i.e. the amount of order minus shipping and payment surcharge) will be refunded back to you or replacement will be issued to you after inspection. If any of the above conditions and requirements are not met or the item(s) is/are not confirmed as faulty good, the return case will be rejected under this policy and any incurring charges, for example, pick up fee and freight charge will be deducted from your refund of item price. 



Submit a refund/exchange request by contacting refurbiphones.com.au. Only new, unused products purchased from refurbiphones.com.au directly are eligible for refund. If your refund is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) to return your product. Return shipping costs are at your expense and non-refundable.


We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

Once the return is received at our warehouse, please allow 7-20 business days for us to process your refund or to ship out your exchange product.

refurbiphones.com.au will gather more information about your return and determine whether or not the damage is covered by your warranty. If approved, we will validate your request and then contact you to discuss return procedures. You will be given a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#).

Important: Do not open the covered iPhone. Opening the covered iPhone may cause damage that is not covered by our warranty and will void the warranty. Only expert technicians from refurbiphones.com.au or an authorized service provider should perform service on the covered iPhone.


Please note that you will be liable for the full return postage fee, inspection fee and the repair fee, or any other related charges if you choose to return an item outside the warranty period to us for any inspection or repair service. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refund for items out of the warranty period.
