We’re dedicated to selling the most durable mobile phones and camera equipment on the planet. But sometimes the unexpected happens. So if anything is wrong with your RefurbiPhones.com.au product, we’ll work to make it right.
Any product(s) damaged in shipping (when ordered from RefurbiPhones.com.au direct) or defective product(s) must be returned directly to RefurbiPhones.com.au in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. The Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with the product.

This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. If warranty applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the product or any part or component that is deemed defective.
RefurbiPhones.com.au reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
Damaged products must be returned directly to RefurbiPhones.com.au, in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. A copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with the product.
Submit a refund/exchange request by contacting RefurbiPhones.com.au at +61 7555 6985. Only new, unused products purchased from RefurbiPhones.com.au directly are eligible for refund. If your refund is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) to return your product. Return shipping costs are at your expense and non-refundable.
We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Once the return is received at our warehouse, please allow 7-15 business days for us to process your refund or to ship out your exchange product.
UDS will gather more information about your return and determine whether or not the damage is covered by your warranty. If approved, we will validate your request and then contact you to discuss return procedures. You will be given a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#).
