Please note that all orders are required full payment in advance as instant payment online including pre-order items.

We do not charge any surcharge for above payment methods. However, please note that if you are using foreign credit card to purchase in Australian dollars from our site, your bank may charge extra fees which we will not be responsible for it, RefurbiPhones.com.au will only receive the original order amount from you, for any surcharge occured on the transaction, we advise you to get in contact with your credit card issuer bank directly to get more details.

Also, for order over AU$1000, we recommend customer to purchase via PayPal or Direct Deposit to speed up the payment checking process from our account department, there is chance we will not accept your payment via credit card if your order is over AU$1000. Thank you for your understanding.

Further identification document may be requested for security purposes to avoid fraud issues. Thank you very much for your understanding.

For pre-order products, please note that once customer had placed the order, our price won't change and customer will receive refund if pre-order was unsuccessful. No cancellation is accepted once we accepted your pre-order. Once we have received the stock, your order will be sent immediately. Please note that unless specified, there is no Estimate Arrival Date of the pre-order item. We will refund in full if we cannot fulfill the order for you.
